Well-Being Through Emotional Health Awareness
In today’s fast-paced work environment, employee wellbeing is crucial for maintaining productivity, engagement, and overall organizational health. At Dr Ola Wellness Hub, we offer specialized corporate wellbeing psychology services designed to support and enhance the mental health and performance of your workforce.
We work with companies to train their employees to reach their full potential. We approach each organisation individually and design our programmes based on their particular needs. The programmes below are just a sample and can be adjusted as required.
Program 1: 3 Pillars of Wellbeing
This integrative program focuses on three different areas: personal wellbeing, family relationships, and workplace. Topics may include:

Program 2: Women Empowerment
This program is for women of all ages who would like to build skills and learn how to navigate career and personal life. Topics may include:
- Feminine power: different but equal.
- Feminine leadership: vision and compassion.
- Career and family, how to navigate.
- Childcare and how to do it right.
- What to expect when you are expecting.
Program 3: Men’s mental health
This program is for men of all ages who would like to focus healthy mental health habits.
Topics may include:
- Men don’t cry, or do they?
- How to be a working dad.
- Financial pressure and mental health.
- Work-life balance.
- Body image and self-esteem.
We also offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support employees with personal or work-related issues that may impact their wellbeing, productivity, or performance. This is usually provided through confidential psychological services, which allow employees to discuss their concerns, receive emotional support, and explore strategies for coping and problem-solving.
